Role summary

We're looking for a confident, creative, and well-spoken Product Marketing and Growth Associate to support our product launch, marketing campaigns, customer outreach, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate understands how to explain a product clearly, create strong marketing content, communicate professionally, and help attract both business and individual customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify the right customer groups for Zevop, including businesses and individual users.
  • Clearly explain Zevop's services in a way customers can easily understand.
  • Create marketing content for emails, social media, presentations, product updates, and campaign materials.
  • Write professional cold emails and support email marketing campaigns to attract new users.
  • Work with the design and video teams to create product videos, social media posts, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Support the planning and execution of product launch campaigns.
  • Use AI tools to improve content creation, campaign ideas, scripts, and marketing communication.
  • Help track leads, customer interests, and campaign activities using CRM or productivity tools.
  • Create simple product explainer content, including short videos, feature guides, and how-to materials.
  • Study competitors and market trends to help improve Zevop's positioning.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, tech media, or a related role.
  • OND, HND, or BSc. We prioritize your experience over your degree.
  • Good understanding of software products and how to explain them to customers.
  • Strong writing skills, especially for business emails, product content, and campaign messages.
  • Excellent spoken English and confident communication skills.
  • Ability to create clear and professional PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools for content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or workspace tools used to manage leads, tasks, and campaigns.
  • Excellent knowledge of the M365 tools stack (Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote role with minimal supervision.
  • A portfolio showing previous marketing content, campaign work, product writing, video scripts, or explainer content.

The right person for this role is creative, organized, and results driven. You should be able to take ideas and turn them into clear marketing messages, useful content, and campaigns that help people understand and use Zevop's products.
